It takes a lot, and we mean A LOT, to pull off a successful Bazaar. Our ladies guild members begin baking in July on Tuesdays and Saturdays. They also prepare the “Gourmet” items on Wednesdays. Everything is made from scratch and BY HAND! It doesn’t get any better than that. Our dishes are carefully prepared and served, and a lot of ingredients and items are needed to serve YOU and fantastic meal. It also costs and good amount of change.
Did you know we spend more than $500 on paper items and utensils? And butter ain’t cheap either, and we use a lot (why do you think our PILAF is SO GOOD?).
