In order to keep our parishioners healthy and safe as we reopen our church doors, it is critically important that all those attending adhere to these guidelines.

New Guidance on Full Reopening
as of May 29, 2020

On May 29, 2021 all restrictions on Places of Worship, including capacity limitations, social distancing restrictions, the mask mandate and pre-registration/record keeping, will be lifted. Masks are no longer required for vaccinated people in the State of Massachusetts.  The State does advise that non-vaccinated people continue to wear masks

The Pastor and Boards of Trustees will not be policing the population.  Every parishioner and every family will be expected to make a sound, reasonable decision about when they are ready to take off their masks and be near other people.  No one will be expected to ask people whether or not they have been vaccinated.

What this means:
– Parishioners will no longer need to pre-register to attend Sunday Services
– Parishioners will no longer need to have their temperature taken
– No need for ushering to pews*
– No need for Social Distancing*

All candle lighting station will be open, and bibles and liturgy books will be available in the pews.

*Separate seating for those who are not vaccinated or feel uncomfortable being close to others, where people can be socially distanced from each other. (ushering would be required)

Liturgical Processes

Current liturgical practices will remain the same as all states and cities where our parishes are do not have the same reopening schedule. New guidance will be given after all churches are allowed to fully open.

During the Badarak:
– Tapor (procession) will take place, though altar servers will be masked
– Kiss of Peace – current offering remains the same
– Communion- remains the same

Live streaming
To encourage the faithful to return to Church, a modified live streaming schedule will be announced in June.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Social Distancing

• Attendees not living in the same household must be distanced from each other by at least six feet.
• Members of the same immediate household are permitted to sit together and less than six feet apart.
• Sitting areas for individuals and families will be designated and clearly marked.
• Board Members will escort each individual or family to their seat.
• Board Members will direct the movements of people entering and leaving church and during the offering of Holy Communion.
• It is required that all attendees (over five years of age) and staff must wear face coverings at all times while they are in the church, and entry may be refused to those who refuse to wear a face covering. It is requested that each person bring a face covering from home. Those with a medical condition will not be required to wear a face covering. Face masks for children 2-5 years old are at the parents’ discretion.
• In accordance with the regulatory guidelines provided by the commonwealth, the church doors will open at 10:15. Holy Badarak will begin at 10:30. No one may enter the church after 10:45. Only those who have pre-registered may attend in person. Thank you for your cooperation.

On-line/Telephone Sign-up

• Online or Telephone sign-up is required so we can monitor the number of people in church so as not to exceed the maximum we are allowed for social distancing and occupancy requirements. Registration must be completed by Friday before 3:00 PM

Health and Hygiene Protocols

• If you do not feel well or have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for the virus or are over age 65 and/or have underlying health problems, you should stay home.
• Everyone entering into church will have their temperature scanned.
• Please bring a sweater or light jacket, as the windows and doors may be open to allow for ventilation and airflow.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available in different locations throughout the church
• Handwashing facilities and restrooms are available, for one person at a time use.
• The church has been professionally cleaned and disinfected, and will be cleaned and sanitized between every service.

Social Gatherings and Contact Limitations

• There will be NO communal gatherings after church: no coffee hour, no social events.
• You are asked to go home after church has concluded.
• The church hall and kitchen are closed.

Plate collection / Candle donations / Hokihankist donations

• There will be no plate collection. A collection box is in the Pangal in the front of the church where you may place your plate donations. You are also encouraged to donate online or send a check.
• Please use the collection box for all donations. Change will not be available, so plan accordingly.

• Բոլոր անոնք, որոնք Եկեղեցի պիտի յաճախեն (հինգ տարեկանէն վեր), ինչպէս նաեւ պաշտօնեաները պարտին դիմակներ (face coverings) օգտագործել։ Կը խնդրուի որ ամէն ոք իր սեփական երես ծածկող դիմակ կամ շալ բերէ տունէն։ Անոնք որոնք բժշկական պատժառ ունին իրենց քիթն ու բերանը չգոցելու, զերծ են սոյն հրահանգէն։ Իսկ 2-5 տարեկան փոքրերու համար դիմակ գործածելը կը մնայ իրենց ծնողներու դատողութեան։
• Հաճեցէք նկատի առնել հետեւեալը՝ կարաւարական ուղեցոյցին հետեւելով, այս Կիրակի Եկեղեցւոյ դռները պիտի բացուին ժամը 10:15-ին։ Սուրբ Պատարագը պիտի սկսի ժամը 10:30-ին․ իսկ դռները պիտի բակուին ժամը 10:45-ին։ Միայն անոնք որոնք նախապէս արձանագրուած են կրնան եկեղեցի մտնել։ Շնորհակալութիւն ձեր համերաշխ գործակցութեան համար։

• Որպէսզի ներկաներու թոյլատրուած թիւը չանցնինք, անոնք որոնք կը փափաքին եկեղեցի գալ, պարտին կանխօրօք արձանագրուին ընել եկեղեցւոյ կայքէջի, ե-նամակի հասցէի կամ հեռաձայնի միջոցաւ մինչեւ Ուրբաթ օր ժամը 3:00-էն առաջ։

• Եթէ լաւ չէք զգար, կամ՝ Պսակաձեւ Ժահրի որեւէ մէկ ախտանշան կը զգաք, եթէ Ժահրի վարակման քննութեանց արդիւնքները դրական եղած են․ եթէ 65 տարեկանը բոլորած էք եւ կամ բժշկական այլ լուրջ հարցեր ունիք, կը թելադրենք տունը մնաք:
• Եկեղեցի մտնողին մարմնի ջերմատիճանը պիտի ստուգուի:
• Հաճեցէք ձեր հետ ունենալ թեթեւ վերարկու, քանի որ պատուհաններն ու դռները բաց պիտի մնան օդի հոսանք ստեղծելու համար։
• Ալքոհլ պարունակող ձեռքի հականեխիչ մատչելի պիտի ըլլայ եկեղեցւոյ մէջ։
• Ձեռք լուալու համար կարելի է մարդիկ մէկ-մէկ լուացարանները գործածաել։
• Եկեղեցին արդէն մասնագիտական եւ խոր մաքրութեան եւ ախտահանման ենթարկուած է եւ իւրաքանչիւր արարողութենէ ետք, կրկին անգամ պիտի մաքրուի ու հականեխուի:

• Ընկերային բոլոր հաւաքներ արքիլուած են․ սուրճի եւ այլ հաւաքներ չկան։
• Եկեղեցին վերջանալէ ետք կը խնդրուի որ ամիջապէս տուն երթաք։
• Եկեղեցւոյ խոհանոցն ու ներքնասրահը բակ կը մնան։

• Եկեղեցւոյ պնակը պիտի չդարձուի: Բանկալի սեղանին վրայ զետեղուած տուփը կրնաք օգտագործել ձեր սրտաբուխ նուէրները կատարելու։ Կարելի է նաեւ նուէրդ վճարագիրով տալ կամ առցանց վճարում կատարել։
• Երբ բանկալի սեղանին վրայի արկղը օգտագործէք, հաճեցէք ձեր մօտ ունենալ այն գումարը, որ կ՚ուզէք նուիրել: Կարելի չէ տեղւոյն վրայ դրամ մանրել։
